Important 18-carat gold and enamel quarter repeating
early keyless watch.

| Massive four body "pomme et filet", polished case,
the back with the champlevé and painted enamelled
coat of arms of the Pope, set on each side by laurel
branches. Gold cuvette engraved with a dedication
dated: Geneva 29 Juni 1867.
White enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer Arabic
minute ring and subsidiary seconds (hair crack).
Blued steel "Spade" hands.
19"' gilt brass movement, 32 jewels, equilibrated
straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance,
Breguet balance-spring.
Repeating on gongs by means of a slide on the band.
In very good condition.
